| Hybrid Striped Bass is a cross between Striped Bass (morone saxatilis) and White Bass (morone chrysops). This cross permits a wider temperature range and a faster growth rate, and perhaps even more importantly, results in pure white meat with a light delicate taste and firm, yet tender flesh.
